![]() ![]() Why the fuck is he talking like a wizard from some dorky ass video game? I hate when Tech does weird ass shit like that. “ We scoured the globe on a quest to find the most elite, most intricate tongues of all time.” This intro is corny af. I fuck with Krayzie Bone, so I’m expecting this to be great. I haven’t heard the first Midwest Choppers song, which kinda sucks, but it doesn’t really matter. This is obviously another one of Tech’s more popular songs. The beat & hook didn’t really stand out at all, but every MC had a great verse. That “ Chris Brown & Rihanna” punchline normally wouldn’t have bothered me, but I didn’t need the punching & screaming sound effects. It’s definitely not the best verse I’ve heard from him, but he still went in. I’m always gonna call him Crooked I, but that’s just me. I feel like every other rapper’s name starts with “ King, Young,” or “ Lil” these days. “ Crooked I” was actually kind of a cool name. He recently changed his name to “ KXNG Crooked” which I personally think is bullshit. The hook could definitely be better, but it’s not bad enough to ruin the track for me. I don’t think I’ve ever actually heard any of Chino XL’s music. ![]() You can’t go wrong with Crooked I & Tech N9ne on the same track. Anyway, this song is probably gonna be great. His actual album covers could use some work too honestly. ![]() 9 times outta 10 it’s just the regular ass album cover with the name of the song plastered over it. Wow, Tech really needs to work on his single art. I was starting to get sick of him, but it’s been a minute since I listened to any of his shit, so hopefully I don’t hate this. Hopefully I enjoy it more than the past few Tech albums I’ve reviewed. This is one of Tech’s shorter albums, which honestly isn’t saying much, but I’m still glad I don’t have to listen to over twenty songs for this review. I’m about half way through his discography at the moment. I feel like it’s been a long time since I did one of these Tech N9ne reviews, so I decided to break from my schedule and get this one outta the way. This is Tech N9ne’s eighth studio album, and the 2nd in his “ Collabos” series. ![]()
